Marketing Coordinator - Part Time

​

Overview: The Marketing Coordinator job is a part-time position available with a commercial real estate consulting firm in Overland Park that specializes in lease, utility and other corporate cost-savings initiatives.  Join forces with the digital marketing manager and the three company directors to take our business development and sales efforts to the next level. You’ll have the opportunity to demonstrate your creativity and communication skills in developing campaigns, managing data, and executing marketing messages to a growing database of prospective corporate clients. 

 

Responsibilities/Objectives: Your key responsibilities will include conducting market research, distributing marketing messages and analyzing sales data.  You will be responsible for supporting all company business development efforts by identifying new business prospects, researching prospect contact info, updating and managing the prospect database, creating and maintaining prospect groups/tiers, tracking marketing messages and responses, ranking active leads, and internal reporting of status, progress and results.  You will also:

 

  • Conduct research to develop new sources of business and identify how to reach them with our commercial real estate auditing, consulting and utility services.

  • Administrate and manage all company activities in Salesforce.

  • Create marketing campaigns and messages to send to prospective clients including end-users, service providers as well as maintaining communication with friends of the firm.

  • Research prospective companies and their decision-makers for initiating outbound emails about our services.

  • Send responses to inbound prospect emails and making a limited number of calls.

  • Prospect on LinkedIn and through other channels for finding and connecting with key prospects.

  • Work alongside the Digital Marketing Manager and company Directors providing support and tracking of all business development strategies and campaigns.

 

Requirements: You should be:

 

  • Comfortable working in Salesforce and Excel as your role includes research, analysis, statistics, trending and reporting of business development efforts.

  • Motivated and competent in working independently and managing multiple projects with lots of steps and details. 

  • Able to execute and follow our process for identifying, validating and managing prospective clients as a key role in the ongoing business development objectives of the company.

  • Able to communicate with professional verbal and written skills for your daily interaction with prospective clients, supervisors and team members across our lease audit, utility and real estate consulting divisions.

Hours/Compensation: This is a part-time job ideal for an organized and motivated individual wanting additional income with the flexibility to balance with your current responsibilities and schedule.  This position pays per hour and the schedule is 20 hours per week in our Overland Park office, 5 hours per day, Monday through Thursday, or otherwise customized as agreed.
