About
Lana is responsible for retrieving, reviewing, and processing pertinent documentation available from our client’s online documents storage systems. Lana works directly with the program manager, account managers, and directors in the administration of Chelepis audit engagements and our Occupancy Cost Control Program for Fortune 500 companies.
On a daily basis, Lana reviews and processes commercial real estate leases, operating expense statements, tax bills, utility and overtime HVAC billings, client payment histories, deeds, estoppels, landlord/tenant correspondence, and associated legal/financial documents. Her responsibilities include abstracting lease documents, creating/updating electronic and paper files, and populating spreadsheets with detailed lease and financial information.
She works closely with Senior Auditors processing the data and document requests necessary in the execution of lease audits. Other duties include assisting audit and management staff with various research and administrative tasks, record retention management, data input, comparisons, and analysis, and creating pro forma presentations, daily task reports and project status reports.

Before coming to Chelepis, Lana worked with a local litigation consulting firm where she assisted the president and consulting team during the jury selection process.

Outside of the office, Lana enjoys spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys crafting, reading, and photography.
