Jeff leads a team of professionals that specialize in lease audit, utility audit, and real estate consulting services. His team offers real estate savings initiatives, including lease, operating expense, and CAM audits, as well as Overtime HVAC / chilled water analysis and lease admin support services. The team’s utility savings initiatives include analyzing utility usage and billings for the purpose of reducing utility charges and delivering cost savings strategies to clients. Jeff directs all processes specific to data gathering & analysis, quality assurance, client development & education, project execution, and settlement negotiations. Team efforts have resulted in identifying more than $45 million in overcharges.

 

Before joining the Chelepis team, Jeff was a Tax Manager at one of the Big Four accounting firms (KPMG). In this role, he ensured that his publicly traded clients were in compliance with domestic and foreign tax laws, and well advised on the cost and risk management issues relating to their expatriate populations and programs.

 

Whether on vacation or walking to the local coffee shop after church, Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He also enjoys a good story, a dozen wings from The Peanut, completing home improvement projects, and making creative things with his 3D printer.
