Jason manages lease and consulting services for national client portfolios and works with lease administration, transactions, and facilities management to perform multi-platform real estate savings initiatives under The Chelepis Occupancy Cost Control Program (OCCP). Jason has originated upwards of $10 million in savings for clients in 7 years, including stand-alone leases and multi-location master-leased portfolios.

 

Prior to Chelepis, Jason worked for a national top 3 brokerage firm in investment transactions and the office leasing division for 10 years. He performed financial analysis and pro-forma rent projections on dispositions and acquisitions. Jason negotiated over 300 leases with firms including Humana Health Plans, Seaboard Corporation, Genworth Financial, and American Family Insurance. In the latter half of his brokerage career, Jason was involved in over 60 investment transactions including bank REO dispositions. In addition, Jason consulted with institutional owners on their investment strategies and worked with property managers with budget analysis.

 

In his free time, Jason is an amateur mixologist. His hobbies include cooking, biking, rucking and outdoor fitness.  He’s also a member of F3Nation. His favorite thing to do is coaching his daughter’s softball team and his son’s football team.
