Dina oversees and reviews completed audit projects, ensuring they adhere to strict company standards. In her role, Dina has managed client relationships, prepared contract documents, and negotiated many settlements and recoveries with landlords. She also plans and performs lease audits analyzing rents, operating expenses, after-hours utility billings and other occupancy costs for a portfolio of Fortune 500 clients. 

 

Prior to Chelepis, Dina worked within a Fortune 100 telecommunication company for over 7 years holding various financial and real estate related positions including: Project Accounting & M&A Manager for corporate real estate, Assistant Controller for various business units, and Financial Planning Manager. In addition, Dina has served as the Controller and Property Manager for a real estate management consulting company.  Her responsibilities included overall management of company funds, integrity of accounting and financial reporting, managing client relations, and preparing lease documents, operating expense budgets and true ups. 

 

In her free time, Dina may be found cheering on her three children at one of their many sports or dance activities. She is an active member of her children’s school PTO Board, having served the last 2 years as President, and her church, where she volunteers regularly with elementary aged students. Dina also enjoys traveling, reading, and physical fitness.
