Ben collaborates with the directors and account managers serving various Fortune 100 clients, while also managing client-focused projects within our Lease Audit, Construction Audit, and Vendor Compliance Audit programs. Ben directly supports the audit selection process by analyzing client portfolios of facility level operating costs and determining the viability of savings opportunities for potential clients. Ben strategically seeks publicly available tax information and requests any additional documentation needed to perform further audit functions, thus leveraging any claim for reimbursement owed to our clients. Ben’s project experience includes desktop audits, lease audits, outstanding reconciliation reviews, and real estate tax analysis.

 

Ben started his professional career as a finance associate with a local commercial bank. Ben’s experience within this role involved general ledger management, journal entry posting, daily reconciliation processing, discrepancy analysis, and accounts payable. Ben then shifted his career path, leaving his banking role for a financial services role. Most recently, Ben worked for a global custody services firm in a fund administration and trade processing role, while also performing internal audit functions. While working on his degree, Ben also gained experience working as a leasing agent.

 

Outside of the office, Ben gets most of his enjoyment out of planning outdoor adventures with his dog Booga. Ben also loves cooking for others, discovering new music, and skateboarding in his free time.
