Rebecca (Becky), provides consulting and auditing services for Chelepis’ clients.  She plans and performs lease audits, analyzing rents, operating expenses, utility billings and other occupancy costs for a portfolio of Fortune 500 clients. Through Becky’s extensive knowledge of law and specialized experience in real estate, she is a powerful asset to our clients, identifying issues and overcharges, preparing audit reports, and negotiating settlements. Becky is also actively involved in new business development and strategy for the company.

Prior to joining the Chelepis team, Becky represented clients in commercial real estate transactions as a real estate attorney. In addition to negotiating and drafting sale-related documents, she reviewed loan documents, due diligence materials, and title work. Her previous experience included negotiating right-of-way agreements for a telecommunications company and reviewing development applications as an urban planner.

In Becky’s free time, she enjoys cheering on her sons at their various sporting events, tackling home improvement projects, spending time with her family, and visiting friends and family in her native Minnesota. Aside from her personal life, Becky is also an active member of the Kansas City Chapter of CREW, Commercial Real Estate Women.
