A client requested a construction audit of a general contractor’s national program and billing practices.  The audit revealed the general contractor billed the client for self-performed work on lump sum pricing rather than at the master contract’s labor rates.  The resulting settlement was in excess of $1,000,000 of savings to the client, and the relationship of the parties was preserved.
